What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of this website and to how we agree work and take payment online. The proposal, quote or service agreement for your project sets out the scope, price, timeline and other terms of that project. Where it says something different from these terms, the signed document wins.

Our services and prices

We design and build websites, business automation systems, brand identities and mobile apps, and we offer monthly hosting, maintenance and support for systems we build. Each service page shows our starting prices. Every project then gets its own written quote in South African rand, which sets the final price. We are not a VAT vendor, so no VAT is added.

How an agreement is made online

• We send you a private link to a proposal, quote or service agreement. You can read it in full, download it as a PDF, and ask us to correct anything before you accept.
• To accept, you tick a box confirming that you have read the document and agree to it and to these terms, type your full name and confirm. That is your electronic signature under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, and the agreement is binding from that moment. We record the name, the date and time, your IP address and your browser type as proof.
• The link stays live, so you can view and download the accepted document at any time. Ask us and we will email you a copy.

Payment

• Invoices state the amount and due date. You can pay by EFT to the bank account on the invoice, or by card and other methods through the Pay button on an online invoice.
• Online payments are processed by Stitch on its own secure checkout page. Your card details go to Stitch, not to us, and Stitch is certified to the PCI DSS card-security standard.
• Project work starts once the deposit shown on the quote or agreement is paid. Monthly service fees are billed in advance.

Cancellations and refunds

Our refund and cancellation policy (zeedstudios.co.za/refunds) is part of these terms. In short: you pay in stages as work is done, a deposit is refunded in full if you cancel before work starts, anything paid for work we have not started is refunded, and refunds go back to the method you paid with within 10 working days.

Delivery

We deliver work digitally: a live website or system, files, or access to accounts. Nothing is shipped, so there are no delivery costs. Our refund, cancellation and delivery policy (zeedstudios.co.za/refunds) sets out how and when work is delivered.

Using this website

• The design, text and code of this website belong to Zeed Studios. Do not copy them without our permission.
• Projects shown in our portfolio belong to the clients named, and appear with their permission.
• We try to keep this website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Links to other websites are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

Liability

Our liability for any project is limited as set out in its agreement. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under the Consumer Protection Act or any other law that cannot be excluded, or our liability for fraud or gross negligence.

Complaints and disputes

Tell us first at info@zeedstudios.co.za. We reply within 5 working days and will try in good faith to sort it out. These terms are governed by South African law, and any dispute that we cannot settle goes to the South African courts.
